GRIP SOCKS
Grip socks are required for all classes that use the Mega Pro machine, as they provide safety and better stability during your workout. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio for your convenience.

PREGNANT CLIENTS
Continuing Classes During Pregnancy
Clients who have been regularly attending classes prior to pregnancy may continue working out with us, provided we have received signed approval from your doctor. Please consult with your healthcare provider before continuing classes.

New Pregnant Clients
If you are pregnant and new to our studio, please email us at info@elevebr.com to discuss your options and ensure the best plan for your health and safety.

PUNCTUALITY
Late Arrivals
Regular clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled class will be marked absent. As a result, you may incur a late cancellation fee, as the spot can no longer be filled by someone on the waitlist. Please ensure you arrive on time to secure your spot.

Beginners
New clients attending Lagree or Versaclimber classes must arrive 15 minutes early to receive an introduction to the equipment. This time will be used for a brief overview of the machines, and to address any questions or concerns you may have before class begins. For your safety and comfort, this is essential to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

WAITLIST
Joining the Waitlist
If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. Should a spot become available due to a cancellation, we will notify you via email or text in the order you joined the waitlist. To ensure a smooth experience, please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.

Waitlist Notification
Once a spot opens up, you will receive a notification. If you do not respond within 60 minutes, the spot may be offered to the next person on the list. Please ensure you can attend before responding to the notification.

Waitlist Placement
Being added to the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the class. If you are moved into the class, the booking will be confirmed, and you are expected to attend just as you would for any regular class.

No-Show Policy
If you are moved from the waitlist and fail to attend the class, you may be subject to the same no-show policy as regular bookings, which includes a $25 fee. Please ensure you are able to attend before joining the waitlist.

CANCELLATIONS
Late Cancellation Fees for Booked Classes
Cancellations made within 10 hours of the class or failure to show up will result in a $10 cancellation fee or a $25 no-show fee, depending on the situation.

Cancellation Window & Fees for Waitlist Booked Classes
If you have been moved from the waitlist into a class, you must cancel at least 10 hours before the class begins if you cannot attend. Cancellations within 10 hours of the class will incur a $10 cancellation fee.

Removing Yourself From the Waitlist
Please be proactive and remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer plan to attend. This helps us offer the spot to another member on the waitlist and ensures class availability is maximized.

Membership Cancellations
All membership contracts, including month-to-month agreements, require a 30-day cancellation notice. Please ensure you submit your cancellation request at least 30 days prior to your intended end date.

NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend a class after being booked or moved from the waitlist will result in a $25 no-show penalty.
