The Versaclimber is a cardio machine that is the centerpiece of one of our amazingly effective cardio classes. This upright machine uses resistance across your entire body with NO impact and burns twice the calories of a spin class in just 30 minutes. Using the Versaclimber, you’ll mimic movements such as crawling, walking, running, and climbing to engage the entire body during this fun, rhythm-based class experience. Best of all, the machines are adjustable so beginning clients can easily customize their resistance level to slowly increase your workout challenge as you build stamina.
