For all services you will need athletic attire that is comfortable and will allow you to move freely. For Lagree, you will need grip socks. For health reasons and as a courtesy to all other members, we do not allow anyone to exercise barefoot on our Mega Pro. Regular socks can be a bit slippery on the Mega Pro so we strongly advise using socks with rubber soles. Grip socks are available to purchase at the front desk or you can purchase on Amazon. For all other services you can wear athletic sneakers of your choice. Versaclimber clients can climb in socks but are encouraged to use a tennis shoe. Circuit clients are also encouraged to wear athletic shoes of their choice.
For every class, we encourage you to have water and hydrate. For your convenience, we have a filtered alkaline water dispenser; however, please bring your own water bottle or you can purchase one at the studio’s front desk.
Please feel free to park in front of the studio. Around noon we are more crowded and if you are having trouble finding a space, please park behind the studio as there are several available parking spots for us to use. You can also enter through the back door but only between 11 – 2pm. At all other times, the door will be closed and you must enter through the front.
Yes, showers are available for your convenience.
